For rolling: 2 tbsp desiccated coconut or finely crushed roasted oats.

How to Make

  1. Dry roast the rolled oats on low heat for 2–3 minutes. Allow them to cool completely.
  2. Add roasted oats, almonds and peanuts to a mixer. Pulse until you get a coarse, crumbly texture.
  3. Add the dates, cocoa powder, Shreyasam Moringa Powder, coconut, sesame seeds, ground flax seeds, cinnamon, cardamom and a tiny pinch of salt.
  4. Pulse in short intervals until the mixture begins to come together.
  5. Take a small amount and press it between your fingers. If it holds together, the mixture is ready.
  6. If the mixture feels dry, add 1 teaspoon of ghee or coconut oil and pulse again.
  7. Take small portions and roll into bite-sized energy balls.
  8. Roll each ball in desiccated coconut or finely crushed oats.
  9. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.
  10. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
