Ingredients (1 Serving)

1 tbsp Shreyasam Moringa Powder

½ tsp Shreyasam Mint Powder

1 cup lightly blanched spinach (cooled)

½ cucumber, peeled and chopped

½ green apple, chopped

Juice of ½ lemon

½ inch fresh ginger (optional)

1 cup coconut water

4–5 ice cubes
How to Make

Lightly blanch the spinach in boiling water for 30–60 seconds.

Transfer immediately to ice-cold water, drain well and gently squeeze out excess water.

Add the spinach, cucumber, green apple, Shreyasam Moringa Powder, Shreyasam Mint Powder, coconut water, lemon juice and ginger (if using) to a blender.

Add ice cubes and blend again.
